PERSONAL TRAINING

A completely individualized approach to training for those who want to work one-on-one with me to achieve your unique fitness goals.  These programs are completely custom and require a consultation.  You may be interested in persona training if:

  • you need one-on-one attention + accouantability

  • you are looking for comprehensive sports performance training (youth plans available)

  • you are having a hard time working out through an injury

  • you have seen my CRAZY workouts on IG and want to get a piece of the action

 

VIRTUAL BOOTCAMP

VIRTUAL BOOTCAMP is a great way to join my bootcamps from anywhere in the world.  Virtual sessions will be just as fun & challenging as my in person camps, and you will have the ability to burn fat, build muscle, and increase strength & endurance with other virtual campers.  New to working out?  Don't worry! This bootcamp is structured to fit all fitness levels.

ESSENTIALS FOR VIRTUAL CAMP : Mat , 5 - 20lbs dumbbells ( or we can use whatever you have) , jumprope, and/or resistance bands with handles if you don't have dumbbells.

PRO TIP: I recommend combining your virtual bootcamp pass with a healthy eating regimen.  Need help?
