VIRTUAL BOOTCAMP is a great way to join my bootcamps from anywhere in the world. Virtual sessions will be just as fun & challenging as my in person camps, and you will have the ability to burn fat, build muscle, and increase strength & endurance with other virtual campers. New to working out? Don't worry! This bootcamp is structured to fit all fitness levels.
ESSENTIALS FOR VIRTUAL CAMP : Mat , 5 - 20lbs dumbbells ( or we can use whatever you have) , jumprope, and/or resistance bands with handles if you don't have dumbbells.
