Can I download all of the workouts and meal plans?


Yes! All of the workouts and meal plans will be available to as a downloadable PDF. You will be able to save and access these files wheverver you want.




Can I start my program at anytime?


The 30 day plan will start 48 after sign up to give you enough time to gather your groceries, equipment, and anything else you need to be successful on your plan.




Are there modified versions of the workouts?


Yes! There are modified versions of all of the workouts. I also offer beginner and advanced options for workout plans.




Should I start a plan while pregnant?


No, unless you provide written consent from your physician.




Are there meal plans available for different dietary preferences/restrictions?


Yes! I can provide meal plans for standard, pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan diets. Please specify your preference when filling out the "New Client Questionnaire". Also, meal plans are flexible and come with a grocery list of acceptable foods, so you are free to pick and choose what you eat on the list (as long as it fits within the macros I give you :)




How will I get my workouts?


Once you sign up for any online training program, you will be emailed an exclusive invitation to join the application where you will receive workouts, track results, and message me if you need me.




Do I have to workout at a gym?


I have found that the best results come with a mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training. With that being said, all of the equipment you will need for the workouts I plan can be found at a gym.




Is 30 days enough time to change my body? Can I stop after I finish the plan?


If you stick to the plan, 30 days is plenty of time to see an amazing transformation, however I strongly recommend continued use of a steady fitness program to continue or maintain results. If you would like to continue with me, you will have the option to renew your plan at anytime, for any duration of time.
